The urgency of this research lies in the pressing need to develop branding strategies that not only strengthen local cultural uniqueness but also align with today’s digital ecosystem. The research method includes Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with 20 MSME actors to identify potential flagship products, followed by the development of a three-layer branding strategy: physical (packaging and logo), narrative (cultural storytelling), and digital (social media content and AI for market analysis and customer interaction). The results indicate a significant transformation in visual identity, a 67% increase in perceived product value, and expanded distribution channels from offline to online platforms. The targeted outcomes of this study include: a replicable village branding model based on local identity, improved digital literacy among MSME actors, and the development of a practical village branding guideline. These findings confirm that an integrated branding approach—combining local wisdom and appropriate technology—can serve as a sustainable strategy to counter the cultural homogenization driven by globalization. The success of the Cibungur Village branding model is expected to serve as a strategic reference for other rural MSME developments across Indonesia.
2025-11-24T00:00:00-05:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal AbdiMU (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat)http://jurnal.masoemuniversity.ac.id/index.php/abdimu/article/view/1544Pendampingan Strategi Bisnis dan Digitalisasi Pemasaran untuk UMKM Optik Best Vision Solution2025-08-19T21:39:31-04:00Ayu Nike Retnowatianr3515@unibi.ac.idSintia Putri PratiwiSintiaputri0709@gmail.comArfah Nurlaela AzharArfahnurlaelaazhar@gmail.com
Eye health is a crucial in improving the quality of life, especially in the digital era. The analysis was carried out using SWOT, IFAS, EFAS, and strategic mapping tools such as the BCG Matrix, GE Matrix, and TOWS Matrix. The results indicate that BVS Optik operates in an industry with high market attractiveness, although its internal capabilities remain moderate. Based on these findings, several strategies are recommended, including optimizing digital promotion, enhancing product visual appeal on social media, offering service bundling packages, leveraging marketplace platforms, providing online eye consultations, and conducting regular eye check-up programs. To address this, an intervention in the form of Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) Implementation Training and Mentoring was conducted for the company's distribution team, aimed at utilizing the company's unoptimized food trucks for autonomous delivery. The training focused on mastering the VRP heuristic methods, namely Nearest Neighbor and Nearest Insertion, to determine optimal delivery routes from the central warehouse to all outlets. This mentoring included actual field data acquisition, route simulations, and structured delivery management training. Evaluation results showed a significant positive impact, with a 43.71% reduction in delivery costs compared to the average of the previous three months. In the KKN program conducted in Cibubuan Village, a team of students from Ma’soem University carried out a digital transformation activity through the design and implementation of an interactive village profile website as a medium for information and promotion of local potential. The purpose of this activity is to provide a digital platform that can be widely accessed so that the village’s local potentials can be recognized at both national and global levels. The implementation method used the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which focuses on mapping local assets, collaborating with village officials, and redeveloping the Webdesa into a more interactive and informative platform. The results show that the implemented website serves as an effective medium for publishing village profiles, community activities, and promoting local small enterprises (UMKM).
