The method used in community service is Service Learning (SL). The training activities in this service consist of three stages, namely (a) identification of learning problems at PKBM 31 Jakarta; (b) provision of basic counseling skills material; (c) counseling practice; (d) post-training evaluation. Based on the results of the community service, the following data was obtained from the problem identification: (1) there is a lack of knowledge among educators in overcoming psychological and social problems and the diverse learning needs of students at PKBM 31 Jakarta, while there are no educators with a background in guidance and counseling to help solve these problems; (2) Knowledge and understanding related to basic counseling skills for educators increased, enabling them to identify student problems and understand the appropriate responses and strategies for resolving student issues. Therefore, this community service program aims to enhance the digital entrepreneurship capacity of MSMEs through the implementation of the Odoo application as an integrated e-commerce and business management platform. The partners involved in this program are several MSMEs located in Sukapura and Bojongloa Kidul, Bandung City, operating in sectors such as culinary businesses, fashion, boarding house services, and agricultural products. The methods applied in this program include needs assessment, training on the use of the Odoo application, assistance in developing e-commerce websites, and evaluation of system utilization in the partners’ business operations. The results show that the implementation of Odoo successfully helped MSMEs develop e-commerce websites, display digital product catalogs, and improve business information management as well as communication with customers. In addition, this activity improved the digital literacy of MSME partners and provided practical learning experiences for students in implementing business technology. The program was conducted across five Islamic ECE institutions in Bekasi City, involving 25 participants comprising 15 teachers, 5 principals, and 5 supervisors. A participatory experiential learning approach was applied through four stages: need assessment, workshop, coaching, and evaluation. Data were collected using pre-test and post-test instruments based on revised Bloom's taxonomy indicators, structured observation rubrics, and teacher reflection worksheets. Results showed a significant increase in teachers' mean scores from 52.87 to 78.07 (+47.67%), alongside observable improvements in empathic communication, logical consequences application, and positive behavior reinforcement in the classroom. This activity is part of community service-based research with an ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) approach. This community service initiative aims to process coffee waste into briquettes as an environmentally friendly alternative energy source. The partners in this initiative are the local community and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The method employed was Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving the community in the stages of observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the activity demonstrated that the community was able to produce briquettes through the stages of sun-drying, roasting, grinding, mixing, moulding, and drying. The background to this activity was the abundant production of tangerines, which often leads to lower selling prices, so innovation is needed to improve the competitiveness and welfare of farmers. The method used was Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) through an intensification approach with PKK women. The activities included technical training ranging from raw material selection, processing, packaging, to calculating the Cost of Goods Sold (HPP) and marketing strategies based on product branding. The results of the activity showed that participants were able to master the skills of making healthy orange syrup independently, understand the importance of cost efficiency, and implement simple marketing strategies to increase sales value. This issue is exacerbated by the lack of knowledge among local producers regarding Food Additive (BTP) regulations. The 'Food Detective' Program aims to enhance students' awareness and motor skills in identifying hazardous substances independently to foster more selective consumption behavior. Implementation utilizes experiential learning through visual socialization, simple science experiments (rapid tests) using natural indicators like turmeric, and evaluations via pre-tests and post-tests. Mentorship was also provided to canteen operators to transition to natural dyes. This initiative significantly improved student literacy, as evidenced by post-activity evaluation scores. This community service program aimed to introduce and implement Web-Based Interactive Media (WBIM) as an interactive learning tool to improve students’ digital literacy, particularly in evaluating digital information, understanding digital ethics, and recognizing cybersecurity risks. The program applied a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach combined with experiential learning, involving needs analysis, development of WBIM modules, teacher training, and interactive workshops where students engaged in scenario-based digital literacy activities. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation before and after the activities took place. The results of the activities showed an increase in partners' understanding and skills in managing Facebook and WhatsApp accounts as promotional media, including in creating engaging content, managing product catalogs, and communicating with customers. The purpose of this activity is to help improve the effectiveness of digital marketing through content optimization by organizing social media feeds, especially Instagram, as a more structured and consistent promotional tool. Based on initial observations, MSME Manda has utilized social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok as online sales tools, but its function has not been optimal because promotional content is still inconsistent and has not been strategically designed, so that the lack of interaction on social media with consumers has not been able to encourage an increase in online purchases. The method of implementing the activity is carried out through three stages, the first stage is pre-implementation by identifying the initial conditions of the business, the second stage is implementation in the form of designing and implementing a digital marketing optimization strategy, the final stage is evaluation as an assessment of the suitability of the implemented strategy with business needs and audience characteristics. Activities carried out include optimizing the visual feed of Instagram as a digital marketing tool. The results of this activity show positive changes, with the implementation of visual consistency through the determination of color, typography, and structured feed layout which strengthens brand identity and supports more positive perceptions of brand quality and credibility. These changes also encouraged audience engagement, such as following the account and exploring products further. The urgency of this activity is the existence of a gap between access to high technology but the ability of students to produce digital content is low. </em><em>This research uses the Participative Action Research (PAR) method which consists of planning, implementing actions, evaluating and reflecting.</em><em> This approach motivates students to be active in context-based and practice-based learning. Students not only learn but can be skilled immediately in creating and maintaining simple websites. Critical thinking, problem solving and collaborative practices of digital literacy of students. The main issues are the use of technology that is still consumptive and the limited learning practices in the curriculum (. As a result, they do not have the experience to build digital skills that can be applied and not ready to face the demands of technology-based world of work. </em><em>So structured training is needed and according to industry needs</em><em>. The results of the activity showed that students’ knowledge and skills in making websites increased by 45%. This activity also can increase the students’ positive attitude, creativity, and confidence in using the technology. One service that requires integrated management is Medical Check Up (MCU), as it involves multiple service units and produces sensitive medical record data. Klinik Mutiara 1 Kota Bekasi previously managed MCU services using manual and fragmented procedures, resulting in low service efficiency and delays in report generation. This community service program aims to enhance the competence of medical personnel and administrative staff through training and mentoring in the use of a digital MCU application. The methods applied include partner needs analysis, system development and deployment, and intensive assistance conducted over eight weeks. The results indicate that all medical personnel and staff are able to operate the digital MCU application according to their respective roles. The implementation of the system improves the efficiency of MCU service workflows, ensures more orderly management of medical record data, and accelerates the reporting process. The main problems faced by partners are limited access to competency development training, low digital literacy, and lack of strengthening soft skills and adaptability in supporting quality education services. This condition is a challenge for educators in the Eastern Indonesia region in dealing with the development of technology-based education and changing learning needs. PKM activities are carried out using participatory training methods through an andragogy (adult learning) approach. The stages of the activity include observation of participant needs, preparation of training materials, implementation of workshops, group discussions, mind mapping practices, learning simulations, and evaluation of activities through pre-test and post-test. Participants in the activity consisted of teachers, principals, and education personnel in Belu Regency. The results of the activity showed that participants experienced an increase in understanding of digital literacy, interpersonal communication, adaptive mindset development, and participatory learning strategies. Participants also showed high enthusiasm during the workshop activities and were able to make a commitment to self-development through the AGILE concept as a form of readiness to face changes in the world of education. However, strawberry leaves have the potential to be used as raw material for economically valuable herbal products. This activity aims to increase the community's knowledge and skills in processing strawberry leaf waste into herbal tea. The method used is the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach through the stages of observation, planning, outreach, workshops, direct practice, and evaluation. The activity involved lecturers, KKN students, and the local community, especially women from the Family Welfare Movement (PKK). The results of the activity showed that the community was able to understand the process of herbal tea processing and had basic skills in producing it independently.
