UMKM berperan penting dalam perekonomian melalui penciptaan lapangan kerja dan penguatan ekonomi lokal, namun masih menghadapi kendala etika dalam operasional sehari-hari. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM tentang etika dasar bisnis, meliputi etika pelayanan konsumen, penetapan harga, kualitas produk, dan pengambilan keputusan. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi langsung, diskusi interaktif, dan pendampingan sederhana dengan studi kasus nyata, seperti penanganan komplain konsumen, penyesuaian harga akibat kenaikan bahan baku, serta penerapan standar kualitas. Counseling is a professional assistance process in solving problems. However, in order to provide counseling, it is necessary to develop basic counseling skills. The objective of basic counseling skills training at PKBM 31 Jakarta is to improve the professional competence of educators in solving student problems so that they can create an inclusive, responsive learning environment that supports the holistic growth of students. The method used in community service is Service Learning (SL). The training activities in this service consist of three stages, namely (a) identification of learning problems at PKBM 31 Jakarta; (b) provision of basic counseling skills material; (c) counseling practice; (d) post-training evaluation. Based on the results of the community service, the following data was obtained from the problem identification: (1) there is a lack of knowledge among educators in overcoming psychological and social problems and the diverse learning needs of students at PKBM 31 Jakarta, while there are no educators with a background in guidance and counseling to help solve these problems; (2) Knowledge and understanding related to basic counseling skills for educators increased, enabling them to identify student problems and understand the appropriate responses and strategies for resolving student issues. Thus, basic counseling skills training for educators at PKBM 31 Jakarta was effective in improving educators' knowledge and understanding in resolving student problems.

Digital transformation has become an essential requirement for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to remain competitive in the rapidly evolving digital economy. However, many MSMEs still face challenges in managing their business operations, such as manual financial recording, inventory management, and limited utilization of digital marketing tools. Therefore, this community service program aims to enhance the digital entrepreneurship capacity of MSMEs through the implementation of the Odoo application as an integrated e-commerce and business management platform. The partners involved in this program are several MSMEs located in Sukapura and Bojongloa Kidul, Bandung City, operating in sectors such as culinary businesses, fashion, boarding house services, and agricultural products. The methods applied in this program include needs assessment, training on the use of the Odoo application, assistance in developing e-commerce websites, and evaluation of system utilization in the partners’ business operations. The results show that the implementation of Odoo successfully helped MSMEs develop e-commerce websites, display digital product catalogs, and improve business information management as well as communication with customers. In addition, this activity improved the digital literacy of MSME partners and provided practical learning experiences for students in implementing business technology. These findings indicate that the use of Odoo-based ERP technology can serve as a strategic solution to support the digital transformation of MSMEs, thereby improving business professionalism and expanding market reach sustainably.

This Community Service (PKM) activity aimed to enhance ECE teachers' understanding and skills in implementing positive discipline to support children's character formation, self-regulation, and independence. The program was conducted across five Islamic ECE institutions in Bekasi City, involving 25 participants comprising 15 teachers, 5 principals, and 5 supervisors. A participatory experiential learning approach was applied through four stages: need assessment, workshop, coaching, and evaluation. Data were collected using pre-test and post-test instruments based on revised Bloom's taxonomy indicators, structured observation rubrics, and teacher reflection worksheets. Results showed a significant increase in teachers' mean scores from 52.87 to 78.07 (+47.67%), alongside observable improvements in empathic communication, logical consequences application, and positive behavior reinforcement in the classroom. These findings indicate that participatory experiential learning training combined with direct coaching effectively enhances teachers' cognitive and practical competencies, contributing to a more humane learning environment that supports children's social-emotional development.

This Community Service (PKM) was conducted in Tenjolaya Village with the aim of enhancing the community’s skills in processing local agricultural products, particularly chayote, into value-added food products such as dodol labu siam (chayote dodol). The main problems faced by the local community include limited knowledge of hygienic production techniques, attractive and standardized packaging, as well as modern digital marketing strategies. Using a community-based training approach, the program was carried out in several stages, including needs assessment, material design, training in production and packaging, online marketing training, and monitoring and evaluation. The results show that participants successfully improved their skills in producing higher quality dodol labu siam, designing more modern and appealing product packaging, and utilizing social media and e-commerce platforms to expand market reach. This program also had a positive impact on motivating the community to develop local-based businesses and strengthen product competitiveness in the digital era. Therefore, this PKM initiative contributed to empowering the village economy through local food product innovation and the digital transformation of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

Sugihmukti Village, Pasirjambu District, has a growing MSME potential, especially in the food and beverage sector as well as processed businesses based on local agricultural products, which are a characteristic of the rural economy in the area. However, the existing potential has not been fully supported by adequate business management capabilities, so most MSMEs are still operating conventionally and have not focused on long-term business sustainability. In addition, many MSME actors still have limited knowledge regarding the urgency of halal certification, the stages of the application process, and the economic benefits that can be obtained from owning a halal certificate. This activity is part of community service-based research with an ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) approach. The results of this activity show that it has been carried out successfully as part of efforts to empower village MSMEs through improved financial literacy and strengthening understanding of the importance of halal certification for businesses. The implementation of an educational approach accompanied by participatory assistance allows this activity to address the real needs of MSME actors in managing business finances in a more organized, planned, and systematic manner.

Indonesia is one of the world’s largest coffee producers, with the village of Campakamulya being a producer of Puntang coffee. Increased coffee production generates coffee husk and grounds waste that has not been utilised optimally, thus posing a potential risk of environmental pollution. This community service initiative aims to process coffee waste into briquettes as an environmentally friendly alternative energy source. The partners in this initiative are the local community and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The method employed was Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving the community in the stages of observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the activity demonstrated that the community was able to produce briquettes through the stages of sun-drying, roasting, grinding, mixing, moulding, and drying. The resulting product not only serves as an alternative energy source but also creates business opportunities and enhances the community’s skills. This activity demonstrates that the utilisation of coffee waste holds potential as a sustainable solution for waste management and community economic development.

This community service program was implemented in Karyalaksana Village, Ibun District, Bandung Regency, focusing on processing tangerines into healthy orange syrup as a strategy to increase the added value of local products. The background to this activity was the abundant production of tangerines, which often leads to lower selling prices, so innovation is needed to improve the competitiveness and welfare of farmers. The method used was Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) through an intensification approach with PKK women. The activities included technical training ranging from raw material selection, processing, packaging, to calculating the Cost of Goods Sold (HPP) and marketing strategies based on product branding. The results of the activity showed that participants were able to master the skills of making healthy orange syrup independently, understand the importance of cost efficiency, and implement simple marketing strategies to increase sales value. In addition, this program also contributed to increasing entrepreneurial literacy and women's economic participation in the village. Thus, this community service activity not only produces healthy orange syrup products with added value but also has a positive socio-economic impact on the community.

This Community Service activity was motivated by the suboptimal management of academic and administrative data at SMP Negeri 12 Tasikmalaya, which is still carried out separately and partly manually. This condition results in low service efficiency and limited data support for school managerial decision-making. Therefore, the topic of implementing an Integrated and Monitored Management Information System (SIMANTAP) was chosen as a solution to empower schools through the use of information technology. The community service method used was a participatory approach that included partner needs analysis, system design and implementation, user training, and mentoring and evaluation. The results of the activity showed that SIMANTAP was able to integrate academic and administrative data, accelerate service processes, improve information accuracy, and enhance digital literacy among teachers and education personnel. Overall, the implementation of SIMANTAP has made a positive contribution to improving the effectiveness of school governance and supporting digital transformation in the junior high school environment.

Students at Al Ma’soem Elementary School represent a group vulnerable to hazardous non-food dyes (such as Rhodamine B) due to the high consumption of brightly colored snacks and low food safety literacy. This issue is exacerbated by the lack of knowledge among local producers regarding Food Additive (BTP) regulations. The 'Food Detective' Program aims to enhance students' awareness and motor skills in identifying hazardous substances independently to foster more selective consumption behavior. Implementation utilizes experiential learning through visual socialization, simple science experiments (rapid tests) using natural indicators like turmeric, and evaluations via pre-tests and post-tests. Mentorship was also provided to canteen operators to transition to natural dyes. This initiative significantly improved student literacy, as evidenced by post-activity evaluation scores. Managerially, the program successfully established 'Food Detective' cadres as a sustainable internal school monitoring system. Furthermore, collaboration with canteen vendors in using natural alternatives (such as suji leaves or beets) has created a healthy canteen ecosystem.

However, farmers frequently face a severe issue of seasonal surplus, causing the selling price to plummet to Rp 2,500/kg. Furthermore, chayote spoils quickly after harvest, and the community lacks the skills to process the harvest into value-added products. This activity aims to optimize local potential through product diversification innovation in the form of chayote nuggets named "Labu Joy". The method utilized is Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR). As a result, the community acquired new knowledge, became capable of producing value-added products, and showed higher enthusiasm for developing local food-based enterprises. Therefore, preventive measures are needed through educational activities and community empowerment. This community service program aims to improve understanding and marriage readiness through a peer counseling approach for young adults. The peer counseling approach was chosen because peer interactions tend to create a more open and supportive communication atmosphere. This activity was attended by 12 young adult women, with one counseling session. The results showed an increase in participants' understanding of marriage readiness. These findings suggest that peer counseling programs can be an effective educational strategy in increasing marriage readiness in the community, particularly among young adults.

The results indicate a significant increase in participants' digital competence, with system flow understanding reaching 95%. Participants successfully operated various functional modules, such as systematic grade inputting for teachers and face-detection-based attendance for students. The system implementation has proven to enhance data recapitulation efficiency, ensure accuracy, and facilitate real-time access to academic information. In conclusion, this training provides a tangible contribution to accelerating digital transformation, fostering a more modern, transparent, and professional school management system.

This community service program aimed to introduce and implement Web-Based Interactive Media (WBIM) as an interactive learning tool to improve students’ digital literacy, particularly in evaluating digital information, understanding digital ethics, and recognizing cybersecurity risks. The program applied a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach combined with experiential learning, involving needs analysis, development of WBIM modules, teacher training, and interactive workshops where students engaged in scenario-based digital literacy activities. The results indicate that WBIM created a more engaging learning environment that encouraged students to actively analyze digital content, reflect on ethical aspects of online communication, and develop greater awareness of digital security. These findings suggest that integrating interactive web-based learning media into educational activities can effectively support the development of critical, responsible, and digitally literate students.

The method used is a participatory method with a training and mentoring approach, which includes stages of problem identification, digital promotion strategy planning, implementation of training on the use of Facebook and WhatsApp Business, as well as evaluation of activity results. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation before and after the activities took place. The results of the activities showed an increase in partners' understanding and skills in managing Facebook and WhatsApp accounts as promotional media, including in creating engaging content, managing product catalogs, and communicating with customers. In addition, there was an increase in promotional reach and interaction with consumers, which impacted the growth in the number of orders. Thus, the use of Facebook and WhatsApp has been proven effective as a simple, inexpensive, and easy-to-implement digital marketing strategy for small businesses such as Catering Warung Bunda Afifah.

This community service activity was carried out at MSME Manda (Sundanese Food), a micro enterprise that specializes in producing Sundanese snacks, with flagship products in the form of beling chips and other product variants. The purpose of this activity is to help improve the effectiveness of digital marketing through content optimization by organizing social media feeds, especially Instagram, as a more structured and consistent promotional tool. Based on initial observations, MSME Manda has utilized social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok as online sales tools, but its function has not been optimal because promotional content is still inconsistent and has not been strategically designed, so that the lack of interaction on social media with consumers has not been able to encourage an increase in online purchases. The method of implementing the activity is carried out through three stages, the first stage is pre-implementation by identifying the initial conditions of the business, the second stage is implementation in the form of designing and implementing a digital marketing optimization strategy, the final stage is evaluation as an assessment of the suitability of the implemented strategy with business needs and audience characteristics. Activities carried out include optimizing the visual feed of Instagram as a digital marketing tool. The results of this activity show positive changes, with the implementation of visual consistency through the determination of color, typography, and structured feed layout which strengthens brand identity and supports more positive perceptions of brand quality and credibility. These changes also encouraged audience engagement, such as following the account and exploring products further. The use of interactive content and a balance between entertainment and information has also been effective in engaging audiences and expanding brand reach.

The urgency of this activity is the existence of a gap between access to high technology but the ability of students to produce digital content is low. This research uses the Participative Action Research (PAR) method which consists of planning, implementing actions, evaluating and reflecting. This approach motivates students to be active in context-based and practice-based learning. Students not only learn but can be skilled immediately in creating and maintaining simple websites. Critical thinking, problem solving and collaborative practices of digital literacy of students. The main issues are the use of technology that is still consumptive and the limited learning practices in the curriculum (. As a result, they do not have the experience to build digital skills that can be applied and not ready to face the demands of technology-based world of work. So structured training is needed and according to industry needs. The results of the activity showed that students’ knowledge and skills in making websites increased by 45%. This activity also can increase the students’ positive attitude, creativity, and confidence in using the technology. This program has holistic, sustainable impacts in developing students’ digital literacy.

Digital transformation in healthcare services has become a strategic requirement for clinics to improve service quality and competitiveness. One service that requires integrated management is Medical Check Up (MCU), as it involves multiple service units and produces sensitive medical record data. Klinik Mutiara 1 Kota Bekasi previously managed MCU services using manual and fragmented procedures, resulting in low service efficiency and delays in report generation. This community service program aims to enhance the competence of medical personnel and administrative staff through training and mentoring in the use of a digital MCU application. The methods applied include partner needs analysis, system development and deployment, and intensive assistance conducted over eight weeks. The results indicate that all medical personnel and staff are able to operate the digital MCU application according to their respective roles. The implementation of the system improves the efficiency of MCU service workflows, ensures more orderly management of medical record data, and accelerates the reporting process. These findings demonstrate that IPTEKS-based training and digital system implementation play an important role in improving service quality and strengthening clinic competitiveness.

This Community Service (PKM) activity was carried out to improve the competence of teachers and education personnel in Atambua, Belu Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. The main problems faced by partners are limited access to competency development training, low digital literacy, and lack of strengthening soft skills and adaptability in supporting quality education services. This condition is a challenge for educators in the Eastern Indonesia region in dealing with the development of technology-based education and changing learning needs. PKM activities are carried out using participatory training methods through an andragogy (adult learning) approach. The stages of the activity include observation of participant needs, preparation of training materials, implementation of workshops, group discussions, mind mapping practices, learning simulations, and evaluation of activities through pre-test and post-test. Participants in the activity consisted of teachers, principals, and education personnel in Belu Regency. The results of the activity showed that participants experienced an increase in understanding of digital literacy, interpersonal communication, adaptive mindset development, and participatory learning strategies. Participants also showed high enthusiasm during the workshop activities and were able to make a commitment to self-development through the AGILE concept as a form of readiness to face changes in the world of education. This activity has a positive impact on improving the professional competence of teachers and education personnel and supporting the strengthening of the quality of education services in the Eastern Indonesia region.

This community service activity was motivated by the suboptimal utilization of strawberry leaf waste in Sugihmukti Village, which has so far focused only on the fruit. However, strawberry leaves have the potential to be used as raw material for economically valuable herbal products. This activity aims to increase the community's knowledge and skills in processing strawberry leaf waste into herbal tea. The method used is the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach through the stages of observation, planning, outreach, workshops, direct practice, and evaluation. The activity involved lecturers, KKN students, and the local community, especially women from the Family Welfare Movement (PKK). The results of the activity showed that the community was able to understand the process of herbal tea processing and had basic skills in producing it independently. In addition, this activity also increased community awareness of utilizing local potential and opened up business opportunities based on herbal products.the program.
