The background of this research is related to the issue of low employee motivation and training that has not shown optimal results in improving employee career development, as indicated by the lack of significant changes in work performance after the training was conducted. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, training, and competence on career development. The research subjects in this report are employees of Bank Muamalat, Tasikmalaya Branch Office. The type of research used is associative quantitative with primary data, and data collection techniques include observation, interviews, literature review, and questionnaires. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, with a population of 33 individuals. The data analysis tools include validity tests, reliability tests, and data normality tests. The research results show that there is a significant influence of motivation on employee career development, as indicated by the t-test where the value of t-count > t-table (9.324 > 2.03951) with an R² test result of 73.7%. There is also a significant influence of training on employee career development, with a t-test result where t-count > t-table (7.095 > 2.03951) and R² of 61.9%. Furthermore, competence has a significant influence on employee career development, with a t-count > t-table (5.382 > 2.03951) and an R² of 48.3%. Simultaneously, there is a significant effect of motivation, training, and competence on employee career development, as shown by the F-test where F-count > F-table (479.387 > 2.92) and the R² test result is 98.0%.
