Abstract

The development of information technology has made a significant contribution to supporting government operations, including at the village level. However, Langensari Village still faces obstacles because it does not yet have an integrated and specific information system architecture plan to optimally support government administration. This condition creates a need for an information system plan that can align organizational goals with ongoing business processes. This study aims to design an integrated village information system architecture to enhance the effectiveness of business processes, administrative governance, and provide a structured information system blueprint. The method used is The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) with 8 phases, namely Preliminary Phase, Requirement Management, Phase A: Architecture Vision, Phase B: Business Architecture, Phase C: Information Systems Architecture, Phase D: Technology Architecture, Phase E: Opportunities and Solution, and Phase F: Migration Planning. Business process analysis covers four main activities, namely filing incoming and outgoing letters, submitting BLT, community administrative services, and savings and loan cooperatives, plus two supporting activities in the form of infrastructure and human resource management. The research findings indicate that this architectural planning can serve as a guide for Langensari Village in implementing an information system in a phased manner in accordance with the set targets. As a result, the integrated village information system is expected to support the achievement of the village government's vision and mission and improve the quality of services provided to the community.
