Based on observations and interview, the research background is the fluctuation in the number of patients which is thought to be due to the lack of training and human resource development for employees at Harapan Keluarga Sumedang Hospital, these two things are related to employee job satisfaction which can cause the number of patients to fluctuate. This research aims to determine the influence of training and human resource development on job satisfaction partially and simultaneously at Harapan Keluarga Sumedang Hospital. The object of research is employees at the Harapan Keluarga Sumedang Hospital. This research uses an associative quantitative approach with primary data and uses data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, literature reviews and questionnaires. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling type. The population was 245 people, with a sample size of 72 people. The results of the research at Harapan Keluarga Sumedang Hospital show that there is a significant influence between training on job satisfaction of 51,6% for the R2 test with the results of the t test where the tcount> ttable (8,642 > 1,66724) means H1 is accepted, there is a significant influence between human resource development on job satisfaction by 47,2% for the R2 test with the results of the t test where the tcount> ttable (7,906 > 1,66724) means H1 is accepted, and simultaneously there is a significant influence between training and human resource development on job satisfaction by 59,9% for the R2 test with the results of the F test where the value of Fcount> Ftable (51,624 > 3,128).
