<p><em>The Mojokerto Regency Communication and Information Agency (Diskominfo) uses the E-SPPD application to automate the process of submitting, approving, and reporting civil servant (PNS) business trips. Since its implementation, this application has experienced several problems, including slow performance or inaccessibility at certain times, failed access, incompatibility with some devices, and incomplete system documentation. This study aims to measure the capability level of the E-SPPD application of the Communication and Information Agency of Mojokerto Regency using the COBIT 2019 framework, which focuses on the DSS01 (Manage Operations), DSS02 (Manage Service Requests and Incidents), and DSS03 (Manage Problems) domains. The methods used include structured interviews with several stakeholders determined through a RACI Chart. The results of data processing show that the average capability of the DSS01 domain is 4.2, which is at level 4 (Quantitative process), the DSS02 domain is 3.54, which is at level 4 (Quantitative process), and the DSS03 domain is 3.84, which is at level 4 (Quantitative process). <p><em>This study examines the practice of oral employment contracts and dispute-resolution mechanisms in the MSME sector of Kampung Sukadana through the perspectives of Positive Law and Islamic Economic Law. Oral contracts remain the primary choice due to practical considerations and close familial relations; however, the absence of written evidence weakens legal protection for both workers and employers. The research employs a qualitative approach with an empirical juridical design, involving seven micro-enterprise actors through observation and in-depth interviews. The findings indicate that oral contracts are legally valid under positive law but carry evidentiary weaknesses, while in Islamic law they are permissible as long as they do not involve elements of gharar, with written documentation being recommended to prevent disputes. Dispute resolution is carried out through deliberation (sulh) and arbitration (tahkim), which align with local familial values and the principles of Islamic law. <p><em>The concept of akhlaq tasawuf holds a central role in shaping the foundation of Islamic business ethics, which is not only oriented toward legal compliance but also toward spiritual depth and the moral integrity of entrepreneurs. This article aims to critically examine the relationship between ethical values in the Sufi tradition—such as honesty (</em><em>?</em><em>idq), trustworthiness (amanah), asceticism (zuhud), and excellence (ihsan)—and the principles of Islamic business ethics that emphasize justice, transparency, and blessing (barakah). This study employs a qualitative approach based on literature review and conceptual analysis. It finds that akhlaq tasawuf can serve as a transformative foundation in building a business culture oriented toward maq?</em><em>?</em><em>id al-shar</em><em>?‘</em><em>ah and collective welfare.. The integration of spirituality and economic practice opens space for a model of Islamic business that is not only economically competitive but also contributes to the moral and social development of the community. <p><em>This study aims to examine the impact of the “Tasya Farasya Approved” label and TikTok-based social media marketing content on consumer purchasing decisions for Hanasui Glazedorable Vinyl Stain. The research adopted an associative quantitative approach involving 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling, specifically TikTok users who follow Tasya Farasya and the official Hanasui account. Data were collected using online questionnaires and processed with SPSS version 23 through validity, reliability, and normality testing, as well as multiple correlation, regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using t-test and F-test. The findings reveal that the “Tasya Farasya Approved” label has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, contributing 38.0%, while TikTok marketing content contributes 28.8%. Simultaneously, both variables explain 45.2% of the variance in purchasing decisions. These results indicate that influencer endorsement combined with engaging social media marketing content plays an important role in shaping consumer buying behavior.</em></p>Haekal Pirous

<p><em>Vegetarian meatballs represent an innovative product aimed at utilizing tempeh as an alternative source of nutritional intake, particularly protein, in response to the widespread popularity of meatball-based products among the general public. This study aims to determine the effect of varying proportions of tempeh flour and tapioca flour on the characteristics of vegetarian meatballs and to identify the optimal formulation that yields the best overall quality. A randomized block design (RBD) was employed, consisting of five treatments with five replications each. Chemical analyses were conducted to measure moisture content, protein content, and dietary fiber content, while sensory evaluations were performed to assess the level of preference for aroma, taste, texture, and color. The results showed that the variation in tempeh and tapioca flour ratios significantly affected the characteristics of the tempeh meatballs. <p><em>The development of digital technology has encouraged companies to innovate in marketing strategies, especially through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and social media. Generation Z, as the largest and most active digital users in Indonesia, including in Sumedang Regency, has unique characteristics in consumer behavior. This study examines the impact of Artificial Intelligence and social media marketing on the purchase intention of consumers, specifically targeting Generation Z in Sumedang Regency. The findings reveal that the simultaneous application of AI (utilized for data analysis, content personalization, chatbots, and trend prediction) and social media marketing (employed for consumer outreach and interaction) yields a positive and significant effect on their willingness to buy. Data gathered from 100 Gen Z respondents through an online questionnaire were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Partial Least Squares (PLS). The analysis produced a strong R-Square value of 0.915, proving the model's high accuracy in explaining the variables that influence consumer purchase intention. <p><em>Coconut shell charcoal is a product derived from the processing of coconut shell residues that has financial value and is environmentally friendly. In addition to being used as an alternative fuel and planting medium, this charcoal is also a raw material for the production of activated carbon. The aim of this research is to analyze expenses, income, and profits; calculate the R/C ratio; and determine the break-even point for each production process in the coconut shell charcoal agroindustry at the Kamurang SMEs in Sukamulya Village, Rancaekek District, Bandung Regency. This study was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The data collection process was conducted through purposive direct question and answer sessions, observation of activities in the field, and forms given to business owners. From the data processing results, the total expenditure in the production process reached IDR 3,220,766.29 for one production cycle, with revenue of IDR 3,963,750 and profit of IDR 742,983.71. The R/C ratio is 1.23, which means that the business has a positive prospect for operation. The break-even point for revenue is IDR 174,636.1, the break-even price is IDR 6,134.79, and the break-even production points are 113.67 kg for large size, 193.24 kg for medium size, and 123.88 kg for small size. These findings indicate that coconut shell charcoal businesses have the potential to be developed as profitable and sustainable small-scale agro-industries.</em></p>Feri Febriyanto

<p><em>TikTok social media is now one of the most widely used applications by teenagers. Excessive use can cause addictive behavior and have an impact on students' psychological conditions, one of which is Fear of Missing Out (FoMO). FoMO is a feeling of fear of being left behind by trends or social activities that occur on social media, thus encouraging individuals to continue to be digitally connected. This study uses an inferential quantitative method, which aims to analyze the influence of TikTok social media addiction tendencies on FoMO in grade XI students at SMK Bakti Nusantara 666. Data were obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The results showed that out of a total of 198 students, 96 students were in the high addiction category and 14 students were in the low category. Meanwhile, for the FoMO category, 89 students were in the high category and 16 students were in the low category. The results of the regression test obtained a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.580, which means that the significant influence that TikTok social media addiction contributes 58% to FoMO in students. <p><em>Virgin Coconut Oil</em><em> (VCO), or pure coconut oil, is obtained through a modified coconut oil production mechanism. This process aims to produce a product with very low water content, controlled free fatty acid levels, clear color, fragrant aroma, and the ability to last for more than a year. The purpose of this study was to determine how the concentration of baker's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) affects Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO). The method used was a randomized block design (RBD) with 6 treatments and 4 replicates. The VCO produced through fermentation with yeast concentrations of 0.5%, 0.8%, 1.1%, 1.4%, 1.7%, and 2% was analyzed for free fatty acid (FFA) content, moisture content, yield, and subjected to hedonic organoleptic testing (taste, aroma, color). The results showed that yeast concentration significantly affected ALB, yield, and organoleptic tests, but did not affect moisture content. Treatment with a yeast concentration of 0.5% produced VCO with the lowest ALB content (0.297%) and the highest hedonic scores for taste, aroma, and color. The highest VCO yield (20.72%) was obtained at a yeast concentration of 1.7%. Thus, a yeast concentration of 0.5% produced VCO with the best chemical and organoleptic quality, while a concentration of 1.7% provided the highest yield.</em></p>Agung SetiaHendrawan Hendrawan

<p><em>Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has now become an important strategy for modern cafes to strengthen relationships with customers and increase loyalty. Social media-based CRM campaigns can boost brand awareness and customer purchase interest. Titik Awal Kopitiam Cafe offers high-quality food, highlighting the concept of a kopitiam or traditional coffee shop, providing various coffee menus and snacks such as toast, rujak cireng, otak-otak, grilled bananas, and others. The problem faced by Titik Awal Kopitiam Cafe is that the points or voucher program is not yet linked to customer IDs and is not yet connected to the marketing department. The use of social media, such as content calendars and message segmentation, which includes promotions, customer testimonials, and educational content, has not been implemented effectively. The purpose of this study is to analyze the number of customers and consumer loyalty, the use of social media, and to analyze growth at Kafe Titik Awal Kopitiam. The method used is applied with a descriptive quantitative approach, conducted directly to observe the implementation of CRM at Kafe Titik Awal Kopitiam, including observation, interviews, and document studies. From the research conducted at Kafe Titik Awal Kopitiam in Jatinangor, in the implementation of CRM and marketing activities, there was a measurable and gradual growth in the customer base, rather than a sudden spike. By placing customers as the main focus, it can maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty and establish strong long-term relationships with customers, while also improving business performance. To drive customer growth. Titik Awal Kopitiam Cafe combines a loyalty program with community activities that trigger word-of-mouth promotion. The community-based approach not only increases loyalty but also encourages existing customers to become brand ambassadors unconsciously. Type This associative quantitative study involved employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia at the Cinunuk and Rancaekek Sub-Branch Offices</em>. <em>Primary data was collected through observation, interviews, literature study, and questionnaires. Using a saturated sampling technique, all 31 employees were used as respondents. This study employed multiple correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and determination coefficient analysis, as well as t-tests and F-tests. The research results show that there is a significant effect of compensation on employee work productivity, with the t-test result showing t-count > t-table (3.881 > 70113) and a coefficient of determination of 33.4%. There is a significant effect of competence on employee work productivity, with the t-test result showing t-count > t-table (9.679 > 1.70113) and a coefficient of determination of 76.4%. <p><em>Strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa) is a horticultural commodity widely developed in the form of agritourism, one example being Haifresh Strawberry Lembang, located in Cikahuripan Village, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency. This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility of strawberry farming. The research is a case study with a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were obtained through observation, structured interviews, and documentation. The analysis was carried out using five financial feasibility indicators, namely Net Present Value, Net Benefit Cost Ratio, Gross Benefit Cost Ratio, Internal Rate of Return, and Payback Period. The results show that strawberry farming at the research site is financially feasible. The NPV reached IDR 254,339,787.00 (> 0), Net B/C was 2.34 (> 0), Gross B/C was 1.42 (> 0), IRR was 65.56% (> 6%), and the Payback Period was 1 year 1 month 7 days of the business life span. <p><em>Based on the results of research that is against the background of the rapid development of the times at this time, local brand skincare products are increasingly in demand by a wide audience, one of which is the local skincare brand Somethinc. This study aims to find out how influencers, product quality & impulse buying influence on Somethinc skincare purchase decisions. The object of this study is Somethinc product users who also know influencer Tasya Farasya on TikTok. The type of research is using quantitative methods with primary and secondary data types using data collection techniques in the form of distributing questionnaires. In this study, a Non-Probability Sampling technique was used with an unknown population and a sample of 100 people. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence between influencer variables on purchase decisions of 8.10%. There was a significant influence between product quality variables on purchase decisions by 18.3%. There was a significant influence between the impulse buying variable on the purchase decision by 10.2%. <p><em>The rapid growth of financial technology has transformed how young generations manage and interact with their finances, particularly in investment decision-making. This study aims to analyze the role of financial literacy and e-wallet usage in encouraging investment decisions among Generation Z in Bandung City. A quantitative approach with an explanatory survey method was applied. Data were collected from 120 respondents aged 18–27 who actively use e-wallets and have investment experience. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to examine the influence of each independent variable on investment decisions. The results reveal that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions, indicating that individuals with higher financial understanding tend to make more rational investment choices. Moreover, e-wallet usage positively influences investment decisions, implying that digital accessibility can foster greater participation of young people in investment activities. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing financial literacy among digital generations and developing e-wallet features that promote productive financial behavior.</em></p>Latifah Wulandari Asbaruna

<p><em>The Housing Improvement Assistance Program for Uninhabitable Houses (RUTILAHU) is one of the government’s efforts to improve the quality of life of low-income communities by enhancing their housing conditions. The selection process for aid recipients in Cijagra Paseh Village has traditionally been conducted manually through field surveys and village deliberations, which may lead to subjectivity, mistargeting, and a lack of transparency in the assessment process. This study aims to develop a decision support system that assists in selecting RUTILAHU aid recipients objectively and systematically using the Profile Matching method. Additionally, the system development process adopts the Waterfall methodology, which includes structured stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance to ensure system reliability and quality. The Profile Matching method operates by comparing the ideal recipient profile with the actual conditions of candidates through gap calculations, weighting of core and secondary factors, and generating final scores used to determine priority rankings. The results indicate that the Profile Matching-based decision support system provides more accurate and consistent recommendations compared to manual methods, while also improving the efficiency and transparency of the selection process for village authorities. <p><em>The rapid development of financial technology and the massive penetration of digital payment among students raise concerns about the increase in consumptive behavior due to the transaction ease that reduces the "pain of paying". this study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of digital payment use and sharia financial literacy on consumptive behavior in FEBI Universitas Ma’soem students. This explanatory quantitative descriptive research utilized 158 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The results indicate that, partially, digital payment use has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, establishing it as the primary driving factor. Conversely, sharia financial literacy is partially correlated positively, significantly but weakly—a contradictory finding to sharia ethical principles. In the simultaneous model, although sharia financial literacy shows a negative direction (in line with theory), its influence is not statistically significant. Collectively, digital payment and sharia financial literacy affect consumptive behavior, contributing 39.3% of the observed variation. The main conclusion is that the dominant effect of digital payment cannot be effectively counterbalanced by sharia financial literacy knowledge alone; practical implementation of Sharia ethics is necessary to control student consumptive behavior.</em></p>Putri Zafira RuhliandiniYuni MayantiAhmad Nurkamali KamaliIndah Maharani Maharani

<p><em>The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the balance of arrowroot flour and ganyong tuber flour on the characteristics of gluten-free cookies, as well as the level of consumer preference for the resulting cookies. The research methodology used was a Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of five treatments and five replications. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to examine the collected data, and if there were significant differences, continued with Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) using a significance level of 5%. The results showed that the ratio of ganyong tuber flour and arrowroot flour had a significant effect on water content, fiber, carbohydrate, ash, color, texture but</em> <em>does not have a significant effect on taste and aroma. The balance with (100 Ganyong tuber flour : 0 Garut tuber flour) produces cookies with the best characteristics with a color preference value of 3.65 (neutral towards liking), taste 3.66 (neutral towards liking), aroma 3.73 (neutral towards liking), texture 3.49 (neutral towards liking), and water content of 1.90%, fiber 3.16%, carbohydrate 78.18%, and ash 1.37%. <p><em>Indonesia has a lot of different bank options, there are sharia banks and also conventional banks, and lately there are many cases where customers lost funds either due to negligence on the part of customers or because of fraud of bank employees. This makes customers more selective and careful in choosing banks to save their money. So from that, in order to gain the trust of the customer, the bank must always keep its level of health. According to the Bank of Indonesia Regulation </em>No.13/1/PBI/2011 <em>on Assessment of Health Level of General Bank using the RGEC metodh. The purpose of this research is to analyze the comparison of the health level of sharia banks and conventional banks according to KBMI using RGEC method. The method of research used is quantitative comparative, i.e. empirical numerical research by comparing the two objects studied. The data used in this study is secondary data of the annual report of the bank that has been published. The variables used in this study are for Risk Profile (NPF/NPL and FDR/LDR), Governance (GCG), Earnings (ROA, ROE, NI and BOPO) and Capital (CAR). The samples used in this study are Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) and Bank OCBC NISP periode 2021-2023 with sampling techniques using purposive samplings. Data processing techniques use Microsoft Excel. The results of the research that has been performed show that the health level of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) and Bank OCBC NISP in 2021-2023, both are in PK-1 between 86 – 100% with an average composite value of 87,5% which is in very healty condition. But if you look at its development, sharia banks are superior to conventionl banks because in the last three years the shria bank has had a rise while the conventional bank has fluctuated.</em></p>Yenni Rohmatun YenniSheli Juwita JuwitaEni Nuraeni Nuraeni

<p><em>This study was conducted to model the enterprise architecture of AMIK HASS Bandung in order to improve the effectiveness of its educational services. The study was motivated by the use of information systems that previously operated in a fragmented manner, were not integrated, and were not aligned with institutional objectives. These conditions led to inefficiencies in business activities and academic services. To address these issues, the study employed the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) approach because it provides a structured framework for developing data, application, and technology architectures that are aligned with business needs and support comprehensive and systematic information system planning. The modeling process was carried out through several stages, including planning initiation, business modeling, enterprise surveys, analysis of current systems and technologies, and the development of data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture. The results produced an enterprise architecture design consisting of key data entities, application requirements to support business functions, the necessary technology platforms, and an implementation roadmap to guide future information system development. The proposed enterprise architecture provides a comprehensive view of organizational information needs and business processes, making it a suitable foundation for developing an integrated information system that aligns with institutional strategies.</em></p>AYI MI'RAZUL MU'MININRicky RohmantoDea Pradestiawati
