In this publication, The article collectively highlights various counselling techniques' effectiveness in educational settings. Studies demonstrated the positive impact of sociodrama on self-control in high school students, cognitive restructuring on reducing verbal aggression in junior high students, and cognitive behavioural counselling on alleviating exam anxiety. Furthermore, the WDEP technique effectively fostered responsibility among junior high students. Interestingly, research on college students revealed a high correlation between interpersonal trust and marriage readiness. Beyond specific techniques, the importance of supervision in guidance and counselling was emphasized, underscoring its role in enhancing counsellor competencies and improving the overall quality of counselling services in schools, despite facing implementation challenges.
