These studies examine various counseling approaches, highlighting effective strategies such as utilizing health communication with relatable analogies for adolescents and employing authentic, digital-savvy methods to build trust with millennials. For modern education, developing cognitive empathy through narrative media and AI simulations is recommended. The research also assesses program effectiveness, revealing that a classical guidance program did not significantly improve student engagement. However, the internalization of PAGI character values (Caring, Trustworthy, Persistent, and Innovative) was at a moderate level, indicating a need for reinforcement. A key theme is the need for specialized support for often-overlooked groups, particularly the hearing siblings of deaf individuals, who face significant emotional and social burdens and require tailored counseling services
